Daniel emailed undergrads, has a dozen interested in a committee. Mikey Murphy met with us today as a representative. Things we would like to know:

• wired vs wireless
• whiteboard
• food?
• brainstorm what you would want
• admission for students only?
• discuss the purpose of this room
• be aware that we can have multiple phases with additional rooms later

We need to be cost conscious about what we do. For example, running outlets or Ethernet to the middle of the room may be expensive. Chairs may be less expensive. We need to be creative within our budget.

Christophe will talk to Mike about sponsorships. Students are wondering if they can do this themselves.
